Yamane Championship Mixed Martial Arts thanks all its parents, friends, and supporters for helping us win the Alabama State Championship for the 4th year in a row. Our team won both Gi and No Gi Titles! Our final medal count was 102 medals: Gold 36, Silver 40, and Bronze 26 placings. Big congratulations to all Yamane Championship Mixed Martial Arts competitors for this outstanding feat!


We are really proud to announce that Professor Yamane has maintained his #1 World Wide Ranking in the Black Belt Division through the end of 2014. Congratulations Professor Yamane! Keep up the great work! Do it again in 2015!


Yamane Championship Mixed Martial Arts is incredibly proud to be able to say that our kids and teens are the 2014 National Champions!! They put on a phenomenal performance and they all gave 100%!!! Congratulations to our kids and teens!!!


The Yamane team won the Overall Team Titles at the US National Championships in Mobile, AL on October 18th, 2014!! Every team member gave 100% and left it all on the mat! We are so proud of the performance that was given by everyone who competed! Our team brought back a record total of 149 medals, which consisted of 65 Gold, 66 Silver, and 18 Bronze!!


Yamane Championship Mixed Martial Arts is excited to announce that it has won ALL 4 National Titles at the NAGA US National Championships: 1) Overall Adult Team, 2) Adult Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, 3) Adult Submission Grappling, and 4) Kids/Teens Team!!! Winning all four team titles is considered a Baseball equivalent of a Grand Slam! Team Yamane is very proud to win all four of these National Championship Titles! It was a fantastic event with many tough teams and competitors. We wish to extend our gratitude to all of our team parents, supporters, and friends as we could not have achieved this without all of you!!
